To date I have been most satisfied with the way Foxglove Energy is run. Especially since they dropped that nightmare charging system. I would highly recommend Foxglove.

We’ve been with Foxgove Energy for a while now. One of the reasons we chose them was because of the way kilowatt hours are charged, all the same, not so many at one price then so many at another. The bills are easy to understand. We submit meter readings each month and always know exactly how much energy we have used. Foxglove don’t have smart meters yet but we dont mind. We are very happy with Foxglove who are one of the cheapest providers around and would recommend them

Would never recommend this company, in May 2018 they increased my payments from £45.95 to £133 am months, for 6 months they ignored my e-mails could never get through on phone, eventually I cancelled my payments through the bank, this got a response, my payments were reduced to £87, I still complained, because I was in credit, the payments are now at a reasonable £62. I am currently in credit of £238, and have been in credit since Sept 2018. When I asked about my credit I was told this was normal to allow for seasonal differences. I will be switching as soon as winter is over and used some of my credit because I don't trust them to refund my credit.
