"foxglove energy"

The Foxglove agent was very helpful prior to our joining them, we should be completing our move over to Foxglove on the 24th of January and then we are looking forward to saving on our electric.

"Problem Solved."

Owing to a problem with an incorrect meter reading by myself, my account was incorrectly billed so that it appeared I owed thousands of pounds. The situation was exacerbated by my previous energy supplier ceasing trading. Thus it was difficult to verify the correct details.
Nadeem worked tirelessly to unravel this awful muddle, which was much more complicated than it sounds.
He was always extremely courteous, kept in regular contact by 'phone so that I felt confident that all would be well in the end, as indeed it was.
Now sorted out, thanks to Nadeem.
If only ALL service providers had a Nadeem, the world would be a much happier place!

"OK but their handling of billing is…"

OK but their handling of billing is poor.
Supposedly the only company that sends out preferred paper bills, yet don't and start threatening court action for bills they HAVEN'T sent.

It's incompetence but if you can, pick someone else.

There you are... remember they sent me bailiff threat letters even though the bills are supposed to be posted by mail NOT email .... and the email was only sent AFTER I did this review... NO paper was bill sent at all. Their outfit is amateurish and buyer beware.

"Fischer now Foxglove, both excellent"

I have been with Foxglove since the Fischer days and stayed with them because I have found them to have an easy communication system in place.
Farha helped me with a contact address problem and fixed it within a couple minutes through the live chat method, great. I also phoned when Fischer was going to change their payment prices, thankfully that didn’t go ahead, but very easy contact by phone, quick to answer and solve any issues.
I like their web page which is easy to use for submitting meter readings, etc.
I have no intentions of changing to another provider as I can’t fault Foxglove.
