AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Daylight robbery & misleading sales tactics!!
Switched over to foxglove after a phone call conversation where the sales rep told us that we would be paying £36 a month fixed term. We were even told due to having fisher heaters we would get a discount. We received an email stating all this afterwards. A month later they asked for meter readings which we provided them. The £36 a month “fixed term” jumped up to £90 a month, we phoned and spoke to a customer service rep who was rude, unhelpful & told us we were never on a fixed term and no sales rep would sell us that deal, even after we provided the email which clearly stated in black and white what we had been sold they refused to put payments down. While ongoing conversation back and forth for a month to try and resolve this and come to an arrangement we provided another meter reading which they claimed we had used £118 worth of energy! I have never experienced energy prices like this before in my whole life! This is with fisher heating which is scientifically known to be low energy usage heating as well! We decided to leave foxglove & go back to Scottish power! We sent last meter readings and foxglove said they took our last payment and we very happily moved back to Scottish power and have been delighted with their energy and prices ever since....until two days ago when foxglove phoned & said we owed them £178 and that we claimed our money back through the bank ?!?! After phoning the bank and receiving confirmation that neither we or the bank put in any claim for our money back foxglove have continued to hound us for the past two days with phone. We provided proof via bank statements showing no returned money from the bank or foxglove from November until now , they ever tried to claim that money claimed through the bank doesn’t show on you’re statements?! Complete joke of a company, constant admin errors & astronomically prices!!
Please save yourself the money , stress and hassle and do not entertain no matter how appealing they make it sound!
Myself and my partner are due our first baby in June and the stress of dealing with these rude unhelpful people is the last thing we need!

If I could leave 0 I would, didn't want to go with them in the first place, just received a bill for 4 weeks £551.93p, really??!!!! Will be seeking legal advice. Bills have only ever been around £150 per month with other companies!!!!!

You are correct it doesn't sound right, but, it's all true. I look forward to hearing from your customer care team member. Maybe they will be able to explain why it has taken so long and so many phone calls and having to complain to the Ombudsman to get to this point.
Hopefully, they will also be able to answer why all the instructions of the Ombudsman have not been implemented? Why I have not had statements since October? Why, despite, you telling the Ombudsman that you had sent me a revised account I am still to receive any such paper work? Why the balance shown on the last statement has gone from a substantial credit to the large debit you have informed the Ombudsman? And why my meter was not swapped like for like, as instructed?
In short, I'm expecting this to be a long conversation.

Following my review posted on the 4th Feb, I had a call from FOXGLOVE customer services wishing to discus my concerns. I politely explained that I couldn't talk at that time as I was just entering a meeting, but they said they would call me back later that day. It's now the 13th Feb and I still haven't had a call back yet ?
Customer service - after care isn't great at this point and I'm due to transfer over to them as an energy provider tomorrow. Is this a wise move I ask myself ?

Farha was polite and efficient in answering my questions via the online chat service - really useful function.
Real shame that Foxglove energy are no longer FIT licensees, we now have to find an alternative supplier and I hope we do not lose out on credit for kwh we are feeding back into the grid.
