Bad or false info which is no good to me and I find out 2 days before switch no enconemy 7 and no smart meter capability. Yet when I talked to first person when asking quote they said they ha all this. Not true I find out later and harassment since.

in December 2018 my Electric meter showed a usage of 10399 units, in 31 days?
living in a semidetached 3 bed home and my average usage for Electricity being 350 units.
I discussed this obvious fault with outfox the merket, emails going back and forth for months. In May 2019 smart meter was used as replacement for old meter. Old meter although they say not faulty scrapped,(suppliers never requested check)
Charging me for that one months supposed usage £1200.00 ? £250 more than the full years usage for Gas & Electric from my last supplier.
I'm now seeking legal action to recover this over charge from them.
