There was a bit of a fuss and bother last winter when, because of mild weather, I had built up quite a bit of credit and procedures to return some to me were a bit clumsy but I get the impression now that the company is on top of things and so far this year the processes are all working smoothly

Apart from a few problems regarding direct debits last year am more than satisfied with the service we receive. Readings are easy to submit and accounts are easy to understand. Whenever I have had to contact by phone always polite and the problem has soon been actioned. Thanks.
