Fisher energy have been my supplier for 18 months. I have never had an issue, I email my meter reading, my bill is sent out monthly with a statement that I can actually understand. One very happy customer.

I have found Foxglove to be an excellent company - I love that they are a green energy company. The switching was easy they did everything for me - When they wanted to change the repayment structure they listened to their customers and didn’t. It is easy to relay the meter readings and I like the fact that you are informed where you come in the queue so you can decide wether to phone back. The staff are always polite and helpful

DONT TOUCH THEM WITH A BARGE POLE.
Since I switched two years ago, I have had nothing but problems with this supplier. Apart from emails most contact to try to resolve issues have been instigated by me. Even when the Citizens Advice Bureau got involved, apart from a slight reduction in what the company says I owe, there is little or no help. I have offered a one off payment to sort this out which was rejected.

It was amazingly easy to swap my energy supplier to Foxglove. They not only supply my energy but I replaced my radiators with theirs and had their under sink water heater installed. I have had no problems with this firm, only good service
