Foxglove Energy fulfils my eco energy needs.
I feel that living in an area with no mains gas and not wanting to use bottled gas or oil as an alternative fuel by using Foxglove gives me means a cleaner conscience. I care about my environment and that for others, this helps support that.

"I have always had an excellent service…"

I have always had an excellent service from Foxglove from first joining the company a few years ago. They have always been very helpful and finally helped to get my solar panel payments sorted out, which had taken me 2 years with another supplier.

The only reason I have not put a 5 is due to the billing. I provide my meter readings each quarter but very often have to chase for my bill to be ready, sometimes it is done straight away and sometimes I have to wait a couple of weeks and, in the past, I have had Foxglove ring me to chase me when I have already supplied the readings. For my last bill the solar panel payment had not been applied so I had to contact Foxglove to arrange for this to be credited.

I have chased today for my latest bill and Fahra was very helpful on the Chat, hopefully my bill will be ready tomorrow.

you should be ASHAMED I joined back around 2 years ago and after a prise rise i left as I am allowed to do to bulb.

after your refusal, I switched anyway as advised and as I am within my rights to do so under Ofgem regulations and now its been 2 years and im bombarded with letters saying i owe £1,500

don't bother removing this either I have the letters and the emails you can't silence the truth this time

you have robbed a disabled person of their warm homes discount at a time when their ESA was stripped for a year and back pay removed you people are shameful


alo you cant lie my account number is on a letter right here it's OTM0096898 so don't bother with that trick again either

If this is not dealt with I will be seeking legal advice as this is unacceptable and I won't stand for it


it has been at least two years since I switched using the due process and no objection was raised so why now all of a sudden?
