We had an issue with our bills. our electricity meter is an economy seven meter and had been installed in reverse, ie day and night were the wrong way round, consequently, we had months of escalating
bills. They seemed unable to resolve this problem until we involved the ombudsman.
We still have no smart meter which we are constantly requesting.

I would have given 5 star but, I had to remind them twice about the 5% I was promised at the end of each year, also, they made a right pigs ear of trying to adjust everyones DD and in the end had to revert to what it was previously.
