Yes, we are saving some money - compared to our previous supplier - but our 'journey' since joining foxglove ( or Fischer' as it was called at that time ) has proved far from being a smooth one.
We have received nothing approaching the deal we were promised ( had to virtually beg for the promised 'Fischer heating ' loyalty 5% discount, have seen tariffs rise far beyond what you assured us they wouldn't & had to endure the, frankly laughable, fiasco of your misguided decision to introduce seperate summer & winter tariffs ( without any sufficient notice, I might add )which ultimately proved to be totally unfeasible / unworkable & completely naive as ( unlike you ) most of your customer base - myself included - could foresee it being from it's inception.
Seemingly such nativity continues, as how you can expect any positive feedback from this promotion is clearly beyond me. I somehow feel ( quite confidently ) that I am not in the running to win.
Perhaps you would be better spending your time consudering the negative impact on your customers who couldn't afford to suddenly 'magic up' funds purely upon some buerocratic faceless accountant's whim.
