I was rather thrown on signing up and finding that there was an almost immediate upping of fees. Not long after, they change their name. A lot of inconsistencies, but otherwise, no worse than most. I've been able to reach them when I've needed to, the staff have been pretty friendly and helpful.

Although I have saved money against other big power suppliers I found myself in debt in the first and second year as I had not been informed that the payments was less than the total spent and with personal difficulties accessing the online account I was unaware of this issue, after the first year I received a call to state that I had fallen behind and was helped to correct this and am now back on track

Unfortunately I am unable to show NO stars. After a litany of errors, miscommunication and unfathomable recordings on my account,
I am STILL being harassed for payment. My account information clearly shows that I have disconnected my association with Fischer/Foxglove, and there is a zero balance! I cannot stress too strongly how inefficient and confusing this supplier has been.
