Switch was so simple, in fact it was all done by the sales advisor.
Regular checking of other tariffs and still can't find any worthwhile saving after almost 3 years.

Pricing structure is very fair. It has taken a little while to get the right level of monthly d/d with some wild swings. The accounts department need to be on the ball and make contact sooner to discuss and agree figures.

Giving monthly readings is an easy way of keeping an eye on how much energy is being used.

Foxglove energy grew out of Fischer Heat. My reason for not giving more stars is because of the way in which the monthly charges were calculated last winter. After a series of emails to and fro an acceptable charge was arrived at. My account is now in credit by hundreds of pounds so I’m hoping for a refund soon
