Foxglove energy who took over from Fischer Future Heat, seem ok. They had a blip for a couple of months when it was hard to get through, but seems to be sorted now. I give them my meter readings every month and although I don’t think I’m saving much I don’t think there will be any nasty surprises.

Easy switch over. They sorted it all. Had nothing but hassle with my previous supplier & extortionate monthly direct debit was never off the phone. Change over & now pay half what o was paying. Excellent customer service, knowledgable staff & excellent value for money.

So far I’m making a saving against my previous provider. As a Pensioner, Having to provide monthly readings are good for me and I find easier to manage than my previous billing.
I have one complaint. Why can’t the monthly statement be more simple and save on paper. I provide my reading both on line and sometimes by phone. Always easy and professional.

It was easy to swap to them . Unfortunately the price went up soon after changing to them . All ways able to speak to someone to give dads metre readings
