"Unethical company making false statements on Trustpilot responses"

Following my last reviews at Trust Pilot Foxglove have relied on making false statements in response after their earlier technique of blocking honest feedback failed.

Unfortunately their systematic harassment of vulnerable customers has continued with yet another threatening letter being sent demanding payment for an amount which has no invoice or statement basis even after I have asked for it repeatedly.

Foxglove have now sent over a DOZEN identical letters threatening legal action within 10 days (just get on with it if you’re going to).

As expected though Foxglove have again failed to contact me despite promising they would or have the common decency to respond to the email concerns when they asked me to set them out.

If Foxglove cared about customer and their legal and ethical obligations they could spent less time giving prompt but utterly hollow assurances on Trust Pilot.

As we are pensioners we didn't really understand what to look for in an energy company. Luckily we were having a quote for Fischer heating & Gary Lomax (heating engineer) recommended I get a quote off Foxglove. He phoned for us & I was very surprised how much cheaper they were compared to eon whom we've had a lot of trouble with. They were very helpful & polite.

"initial difficulties"

I had great difficulty in obtaining correct readings as my previous provider had installed smart meters and it took two visits from representatives of the company to instruct me how to obtain readings from the meters. I had requests from 4 staff members asking for photographs of the meters. Apparently I sent the wrong photographs but none of these members of staff followed up. Consequently I had queries regarding my first bill and this matter is unresolved nearly one year later.

The pricing structure is easy to follow, the bills are laid out simply and the online account is easy to use. There were a few issues when migrating, with the on peak and off peak readings being switched and my submitted readings not recorded unless provided on a specific day (without being told what day that was!). This was solved via email, but it was a slow process as it coincided with a campaign to raise direct debit levels to all customers, which didn't go down well with the majority. Both issues were sorted, then the name changed from Fischer to Foxglove around the time of a few providers declaring bankruptcy, so that caused a bit of anxiety! However, everything has settled down and I'm looking forward to continuing to save much needed money overall.
