Like being able to send in readings monthly and get accurate bills. Having a smart meter would be a great help as I would be able to monitor which appliances use most power and make adjustments.

"It's good to receive the monthly emails"

It's good to receive the monthly reminder emails about meter readings, and now that you've resolved some initial technological teething problems, the system is easy to use.

Also when we knew we would not be able to submit our readings at the usual time in July, we emailed you to let you know, so it was good to receive an email back confirming that you were aware of this.

I like the monthly e-mails to remind me to take a meter reading and it is good to see regularly on line how much electricity I have used and how much it has cost.

I have now been with Foxglove Energy (formerly Fischer Energy) for 13 months. It is a more competitive rate than I was previously paying.

The service is OK but the monthly meter reading is annoying, quarterly should be sufficient.
