Have had problems with billing for over a year in spite of many emails and phone calls. Today received 14 statements in the post!! One has a daily usage of zero!! Not even a charge for fridge or kettle.
Our balance varies from over £400 in debit to £200 in credit.
Are these people professional?
I rue the day I switched and will be leaving when I am sure I am not being overcharged.
Need an accountant to deal with foxglove.

"Awful customer service"
Awful customer service. Very fond of threatening emails when you go into debit with no legal foundation to the threats what so ever. The customer service advisor I spoke to had no idea about smart metering what so ever. They may be cheaper but woeful customer service.

I've been a customer of Foxglove energy for 1 year now and I've always found their staff to be friendly and efficient. I prefer to receive a monthly paper bill and they've always been happy to oblige. I am a low energy user and find the standing charge for dual fuel too high though.

I would recommend Foxglove Energy to anyone looking to change there current supplier. They have an easy to follow web site there prices are very reasonable, they are easy to contact and quick to respond. Thinking of changing your supplier give Foxglove a go.

I am very happy with the supplier other than the regular requests for meter readings which I feel could be made quarterly and not more frequently.
