This is the most-comfortable, best-fitting, torso-smoothing, minimizing bra I’ve ever worn!!! It’s worth every penny!

"Exorbitant shipping fees; terrible customer service."

Although the bra was comfortable, it didn’t provide the separation advertised or depicted in the photos. The return process was abysmal…took multiple emails to get a response. I was encouraged to exchange for a different style, which I agreed to. Again, multiple emails before I received a return authorization. Now six weeks in, I opted to just return for a refund. Took several more emails before it was finally issued. When it was, they deducted $22.00 shipping from my refund. The return label they gave was for the USPS where it only would have cost them a few dollars for the return shipping for a two ounce bra. Very sketchy company.

"DO NOT BUY"

Whatever material this company has chosen to change their bra cups to, they absolutely ruined them. I’ve purchased bras from them multiple times since 2020, and the cup material would bounce back after being washed and always kept their shape so nicely.
The product WAS amazing, but now it is nothing but TRASH! I’m throwing $188 worth of new bras away after wearing them for not even a full 4 months.
Terrible idea switching material, trying to make more money instead of catering to their customers needs. Such a shame. They were great bras. I would have continued using them for the rest of my life if they hadn’t gotten money hungry. Shame.

I am NOW seeing the reviews that verify my extremely unhappy experience with this company. They are so helpful when you order - but want no part of customer service when the expensive bra just doesn't fit like it's advertised!!!! The customer is NOT right under any circumstances. Just know if you explain why you don't like it - you will be talked into it as your problem and will not exchange under any circumstances. Can't wait for the company's CEO to reply to my review. She will certainly turn the tables on anyone that speaks truth. She will make you feel like a fool.

"Sent without tags and then wouldn't accept return with no tags"

They have their own unique sizing and it was too big so I never tried it on and asked for a return. When they got the return they said they wouldn't accept it because the tags weren't on it. I said I can't return tags that weren't on it. Still I'm not getting a refund. They are not to be trusted.

Absolutely devastated and utterly let down. After years of loyal patronage, my trust in this brand has been shattered. Opting to elevate my lingerie collection, I carefully selected a new style promising enhanced coverage. Following the provided sizing guidelines meticulously, I eagerly awaited the arrival of my upgraded bra, only to be met with disappointment upon discovery of a glaring defect on the left cup. Despite my adherence to protocol, the defect remained unnoticed until worn, rendering any recourse futile. Now, I'm left with a $100 investment marred by imperfection, with no avenue for resolution. This egregious oversight, coupled with the utter lack of assistance, leaves me with no choice but to sever ties with this brand indefinitely.
I refuse to endorse such abysmal customer service and will actively dissuade others from falling victim to their negligence. My loyalty now lies elsewhere, where quality and accountability reign supreme.

I’ve been buying bras from Shapeez for many years. I have multiple styles of bras & have bought the pajamas too. Excellent quality. I absolutely LOVE how comfortable the bras are and how amazing I look and feel. The best solution I’ve found to be rid of the back fat bulge! Such a flattering product. I highly recommend!

Most people use online reviews to complain but today I am leaving my positive review because I am in love with my Shapeez bras. 
Not only are the bras life changing, Shapeez customer service helped me with my size and style choice.  The first bra I received had foam cups and since I have a larger cup size than most, I prefer to minimize and exchanging was free and quick.  The personal care they gave me is what I see lacking in other larger retailers now a days. I've been wearing bras for half a century and only until I discovered Shapeez (from many of my friends), I now understand that having a smoother back is just as important as having supported breasts.  I am a customer for LIFE. Thank you to Shapeez!

I’ve worn only shapeeze bras for more than 5 years.
I wash them on a delicate cycle and dry them in my clothes dryer.
Never had a wire pop out, seam split, or mis-shaping. In fact, I still wear the first shapeeze bra that I purchased years ago. It still supports, still has its shape, and is just as comfortable as the day it was purchased.
Even though my body has changed over the last few years, my shapeeze bras have remained the same! Excellent quality.
