I am extremely disappointed with the way this organization handled our booking. We made and paid for a reservation well in advance, only to have it canceled just a few weeks before our departure. This left us scrambling to find alternative accommodation, which turned out to be significantly more expensive due to the short notice.
What makes matters worse is that the organization takes no responsibility for the inconvenience caused. Simply offering a refund is not a real solution, as comparable options are no longer available at the same price. We are now forced to book a much more expensive package deal, including flights, just to stay in the desired location.
A professional organization should honor its commitments or at least provide proper compensation for the additional costs incurred. Unfortunately, that was not the case here. I would not recommend booking with them if you want reliability and peace of mind.

"Leuke en nette villa's"
We hebben reeds 2 maal een villa gehuurd en telkens is alles heel vlot verlopen, zowel vanuit Engeland met Olivia als ter plaatse in Portugal met de medewerkers. Het enige minpuntje is dat je bij aaankomst pas om 16 uur toegang krijgt tot de woning. Voor ons een aanrader.

Unprofessional and Arrogant Customer Service – Avoid at All Costs
Our recent stay at a villa managed by this agency was the most unprofessional and disappointing experience we’ve ever had. This was supposed to be our only family holiday in four years, but it turned into a nightmare due to their sheer negligence and arrogance.
The heating in the villa didn’t work for four days, leaving the house unbearably cold. We repeatedly contacted their customer service, but for the first two days, they had the audacity to ask us to fix it ourselves. It wasn’t until day 5 of our 7-day stay that someone finally came to resolve the issue. By then, the damage was already done.
The freezing conditions affected all of us, especially our child, who developed the flu due to being exposed to such low temperatures. We had to take him to the hospital, which completely disrupted our holiday. All the adults and other children were forced to sleep in triple layers to survive the freezing nights. Instead of enjoying our holiday, we spent it shivering and worrying.
To make matters worse, their customer service is based in another country, and the representatives in Portugal have no authority to make decisions or help existing customers in a timely manner. The lack of accountability and care shown by this agency is appalling.
We have visited Portugal six years in a row and have never experienced such poor service. This agency has completely ruined our holiday, and we would never recommend them to anyone. If you’re looking for a stress-free vacation, avoid this agency at all costs.

I stayed at Villa Palms during the middle of autumn, and we were really looking forward to the holiday, especially the kids, who couldn’t wait for some splashing in the water. Knowing the sea water would be cold at this time of year, we paid extra for pool heating. However, we were extremely disappointed. First of all, do not be misled by the pictures on the website! Despite the pool being labelled as “south-facing,” most of the day the pool area was in the shade due to the bushes and the fence. I repeat loudly, MOST of the day! Only a small triangular section of the pool gets sun, which is not nearly enough for two people, let alone a family of four or more. As a result, the pool never warmed up from the sun. You would think that paying for the pool heating would solve the problem, but unfortunately, that was a trick by the agency. They set the heating to a low temperature to save on their bills, so the water was never even lukewarm—it was just as cold as the seawater. This was a huge disappointment! If it hadn’t been for the heated pool, I would never have chosen this villa. I picked it solely because of the HEATED pool. Additionally, the air conditioners in the villa didn’t work and failed to heat the space, making the villa quite cold. We spent several days of our holiday trying to resolve this issue. On two occasions, we had to clean up after the air conditioners leaked large amounts of water. Why should we have to deal with this during our vacation? The agency initially tried to save money by asking us to fix the problem ourselves, then sent their own staff, before finally realizing that a professional was needed. Out of our 7-day stay, we had 5 days without heating. As a result of the cold conditions, my youngest child caught a cold, which developed into a more serious illness, requiring a visit to the emergency department. With all these problems, the other minor issues in the villa seemed less important and not worth paying attention to, which was a mistake. We should have inspected everything on the first day and reported every small maintenance issue. However, this was difficult because the villa was large, and more faults were discovered as time went on. For example, we discovered that the outdoor table’s leg is shaky, an unstable lampshade that kept moving, a socket in the laundry room that didn’t work and etcetera. To use the washing machine, we had to unplug the fridge each time, which was highly inconvenient. The first time we forgot to plug the fridge back in, some of our food spoiled overnight. Finally, the agency refused to return our deposit, blaming us for “damaging” the property. Among the issues they mentioned, I can only agree with the skimmer cover, which was flimsy and bent. We used to simply put it back as it was, but forgot to do that at the checkout day —certainly it was not broken, and I don’t believe they replaced it. Overall, it seems that if something is broken before your stay and you don’t report it (assuming the agency already knows about it), you're held responsible and forced to pay for it. This felt like a scam. Our complaints about the pool, air conditioning, and the lost days of our holiday were not taken seriously. We were never offered a refund or any discounts for future bookings, which I find very unprofessional.
