I had a very pleasant friendly call from a gentleman named John about renewing my contract with ESB.
John explained everything clearly and also gave me the good news that my payments would be staying the same....YAY! Thank you John,very happy customer. 😊

Received a final bill from ESB after moving in to my house but wanting to switch suppliers. The bill came with just 2 days notice to pay it, and it was very difficult to set up the payment. They only have the phone help line Monday to Friday 9am-5pm, and my bill due date was a Saturday so I really only had 1 day to pay it, and the website wouldn't let me set up an account so it was such a pain to wait for so long on hold just to make a final payment.
So glad I didn't decide to stay with esb, customer service just isn't what I expect from an energy supplier these days. Switching to GEUK who have been a complete dream since I got in contact.
