"EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED 😞😞"

Despite paying for my items, I never received them in the mail. Likewise, I never received a tracking number indicating that the items were shipped to me.
After seven days of not receiving my merchandise from New York to NJ, I emailed Urban Modesty. I received a generic reply that may items will be delivered "the beginning of the week." It's the beginning of the new week and I still have not received my items or tracking number.

"Terrible Service"

I ordered a dress for an event and had to do an exchange for a different size. When I received the exchange but they forgot to include the belt for the dress. I reached out to customer service and asked if they could overnight the belt since I needed it for the event the following week. This on 12/29. The rep responded that they created an order for the belt to be sent out asap. The shipping label was created on 1/3 with no other updates till 1/13 with a now estimated delivery date of 1/20. They waiting almost 2 weeks to ship out the belt. Terrible service.

The dresses, the abaya sets, the skirts, everything is absolutely beautiful. From the fabric to the colors. It’s very modern but also modest and versatile. The price is also reasonable and honestly very much worth it.

I made an order and after receiving it I tried to exchange it because it didn't fit me.
The instructions were not very clear on how to do it, when I tried to communicate with the customer service it took days and days before I get a reply back.
I received my new order and the length of the dress is supposed to be 60 inches and I received it was 55 inches so a little bit short.
Unfortunately exchanged item can't be returned again.
