As Salaam Alaikum. I ordered a few items from this store a few days ago. I received notifications that the packages were delivered bu they were not. The tracking indicated that the packages were delivered to a "DOCK" and signed by someone with the initials OH. I live in an apartment complex and my initials are NOT OH. I contacted the merchant and they told me there was nothing they could do. They did not even try to help by contacting UPS or anything. This is happening 3 days before Ramadan! This company are crooks ! Do Not shop here. If your package is lost they will not help you!

I am absolutely shocked by the appalling condition of the dress I received from Urban Modesty. The zipper was broken, it was torn on the side, covered in makeup and various other stains, and to top it off, it was carelessly packaged in a polymer bag. Their response to my complaint was even more frustrating - a $20 coupon for a $68 dress. It's beyond belief that they would think it's acceptable to send out such a substandard product. I tried contacting them through email and direct message, only to be left ignored. What kind of business operates like this? I urge everyone to never buy from this brand. I am disgusted by such businesses.

Their stated return policy is a lie. I made my first purchase and received part of my shipment. There was one item that didn't fit, so I started a refund. Then, I received a second package with the remainder of my shipment, but one item needed to be exchanged for a different size. I was unable to do that online and reached out to customer service. I actually wanted to exchange my items and, before receiving this poor response, I was going to purchase other items that I saw. Very disappointing and buyer beware!

The quality of clothes was extremely disappointing. The sheer abaya is already torn and came straight out of the package with tags this way. The skirt is not lined at all, even shein lines their skirts when charging more.

DO NOT BUY! They day their dresses are “fully lined” but they are see thru - shame on this company for selling see thru clothing to modest women! They also sent me clothing with makeup stains. Their customer service is incredibly unhelpful, don’t waste your money here!
