The customer service team jumped right on it and got both missing items shipped out the next day. The items are fantastic - wonderful fabrics, super comfortable, and perfectly modest. Salaam, I placed order SF87815 recently and received the package a few days ago. One of the dresses was replaced with a different dress which I was made aware of. The abaya is fine and I plan to keep, however the two dresses are too small and I cannot wear them. I opened a ticket for one dress but it will not let me exchange the other dress, so I have lost money on a dress that I cannot wear. I like your products but if I cannot exchange the dress for a medium, I will just shop with veiled collection or modern hijabi.
