Bought many outfits, washed a $50 or so outfit and it shrunk significantly making it unwearable. Contacted them and they said it is dry clean only. The fabric was cheap cotton and they did not stand for their products and offered a mere $10 gift card which I declined to use. Will not buy again and don't recommend them.

I really loved one of the dresses the other didn't fit right and I returned it but I had to pay 8 and some dollars for the return...it was so expensive.. I won't be purchasing from Urban modesty again because I cannot pay that much for returns.

I ordered something online and they sent it to wrong address and when i told them that that had made a mistake they said they will collect the item and repost it and now it has been a week and they have not shared any details neither did they reply my emails. Terrible service. Won't recommend anybody
