I have been a customer since they first opened…so this review is from
someone loyal who bought many items in the past. I have seen the quality go down and the customer service is not becoming…shady and dishonest and fooling the customer and wasting their time. I ordered items in May and never received them and have had so much back and forth- even UPS confirmed that the store gave them an empty box and as such UPS contacted them and refused to deliver it.
They have held my money hostage for three months trying to say until UPS reimburses them they can’t reimburse me…and wouldn’t send out the item claiming they don’t have any more in stock. I had to file a credit card dispute after months and then magically they are sending me the item supposedly now. Will see if it arrives or if it’s just another shady stall tactic. One things for sure…they lost one of their biggest customers and i am warning everyone that sadly they DO NOT offer good customer service…the words on their website is a scam. They will take your money and run and good luck getting your item. Never again. There are way better brands with way better quality out there.
