I visited the store in Brooklyn today…. This store has all your clothing needs, for spiritual celebrations. Or simply beautiful modest outfits. I shopped there today and was taken care of by Rana & Zana. 2 very well versed young ladies, extremely helpful, polite and they went above board to ensure I had all I needed for my celebration. Great prices too! I recommend this store 100%.

The company should be careful while packing the order and should check what they are sending. They send me the used order with a missing belt.
And costumer service should be always helpful for the costumers.

After many weeks of discussion finally a gift card of 35$ was sent. I don’t know how can you do such things with your costumers. Urban modesty is not a good choice and I am regretting for selecting it.

"Wrong dress size sent to me, then they ghosted me"

Terrible experience. They sent be a size small dress when i ordered XS. I asked for help to do an exchange but they said i had to return it first and place new order myself. they provided me a label and i shipped out the return. i waited 2 weeks for the refund and got nothing. after following up with them twice and getting no response i finally decided to open a dispute w my cc company. the whole incident was strange bc they were very fast at responding initially when i reached out about the size mix up. however it seemed that after the 2 weeks of waiting when i started asking about the refund status, they stopped replying. weird, do not recommend.
