"Missing sample but no refund."

I bought two samples - Pietra and Corelux for £18 in total. Only the Pietra has turned up and been trying to get a refund on the missing sample... I have contacted customer service twice and no response. I did check the postcode and there is nothing on there stating you do not delivery to my area especially as I've received one of the two samples. Not good business practice.....

I had a really good experience with this company the worktops where delivered within 36 hours because of good timing of the order ,very helpful on the phone and kept me informed via email, delivery driver was super helpful and didn't mind helping. I will use this company again

They will show worktops on their website that they don't have in stock and then will try and sell you smth else. Unreliable

Being in the trade the worktops were as expected no damage and to size stated. The 2 delivery men were very chatty and put the worktops were I wanted them. All in all a very good service all round and only a few days delivery.
