ABSOLUTELY DO NOT USE THEY ARE A BAIT AND SWITCH COMPANY AND IN TEXAS ITS A FEDERAL OFFENSE.this company quotes low to get your deposit and they sub out your move they don’t even move you. So I’m going to explain to you exactly how it works. This is from the mouth of the company that actually moved us. This company gets your deposit that is there profit once that happens they tell the other company to come pick up your stuff so that company is only going to get half of what you are quoted. So these people knew company comes and says this is to much stuff for your quoted price it’s going to be 2 times that so if your quoted 3000 to move it’s actually going to cost you close to 6500 because X van lines doesn’t pay the actual moving company anything so it’s a bait and switch tactic they con you into believing they are the moving company and then you have no choice but to use them because they have your deposit. On top of that your delivery date means absolutely nothing it’s been 10 days since my delivery date and I’m still waiting on my stuff and I call all the time and they say don’t shoot the messenger we are not sure when you will get your stuff so I’m going to my district attorney today to see what I can do it’s April 10th 2025 and I’m still without my stuff

"I would never use this company "

I would never use this company or recommend them to anyone. It has been the worst experience I've ever encountered. Initially, the salesperson, Bryan, quoted me a low rate and promised that he would be available to help me throughout the entire moving process. However, after they received my deposit, he became unreachable. Then, the logistics coordinator, Frederick, called to inform me that the quote I received was incorrect and that I would need a larger truck; otherwise, I would have to leave some items behind. So, I reluctantly upgraded to a bigger truck. On the day of pickup, they asked for more than double the original quote and informed me that my deposit was non-refundable.

Manténgase alejados de estas personas son unos estefadores, no son honestas, mi mudanza fue entregada a otro driver que ellos subcontrataron, y ese driver sub contrató a dos indigentes de las calles, todo llegó inservible, mi juego de cuarto juego de comedor, juego de sala, trates eléctricos de cocina, cuna del bebé, etc nada sirve todo roto como si lo hubiese tirado desde una montaña, nada se puedo armar correctamente, y ellos sin no responden, se perdieron dos cajas las reporte y aún no me an retornado la lllamada y ya an pasado tres meses, ahórrese una pesadilla y no contrate a estas personas para si mudanza, y si aún decide hacerlo compré aparte un buen seguro porque ellos solo de para far .69 centavos por libras de algunas cosas, esta compañía es un Scam, todo lo tienen calculado, no puede demandar a menos que lo haga en Texas que es en donde ellos están físicamente, ATTETION!!!! Cora lejos de ellos para que tenga osa en su mente, no son económico cuando llegan a su casa suben el previo y si no hace la mudanza con ellos pierde el depósito que dio antes..,,x vans lines Llc, son lo peor de lo peor, tengo fotos y videos pero por alguna razón no puedo publicarlas lo seguiré intentando, espero a usted no le pase lo mismo..

The sales office e is great at promises that are not kept. We had to pay extra when they came to pick up and then the 3-4 days from then delivery turned into a week with no one being able to tell us anything or even where our belongings were until the day before drop off. We had a lot of damaged and missing items and they delivered stuff that wasn’t ours! When we told the driver it wasn’t ours he just said he want taking it! The most horrible and stressful situation ever. Save yourself and do not use X Van Lines! Horrible and unprofessional

"Unethical company"

This company stole my money and refused to refund me for a SERVICE I NEVER HAD. They were telling me different things like they won't charge you for being on stairs when every 7 steps it costs you $65. Every 50 ft for them carrying costs $75. They cuss you out their customer service is poor as they will give you attitudes they change their information and change their prices on you. They said I can get a refund anytime but now they won't honor it and pretend they never got that information to begin with. This company is unethical and not honest. Make sure you record them as they will be telling you different things from what you signed. They took advantage of a disabled person who just needed their stuff to be moved. They lie about everything and will not take ownership of what they state. Don't believe this company your better off hiring another company than these people. Had they not been like this I mightve given them another chance later but from this experience I will not got back to them.

"Worst moving experience ever"

Absolutely NEVER USE this moving broker, they will damage and lose your items. They will overcharge you and nickle and dime you in every way. They will promise your delivery by a certain date and then make excuses for it being delayed.
Here’s how they work, first they have a salesman give you a low rate and promise you everything, then they will have their “logistics guy” call you 3 days in advance. He will then tell you that your items are bigger than the sales guy sold you room for. Then on the day of pickup and loading they will have the driver “review your load.” He will then claim some items are bigger than the logistics guy sold you space for. They will charge you more on load. Then comes delivery, at least a few days late, if you’re lucky, mine was 1 week late. Once they unload your boxes they will be smashed, broken, retapped, and missing. Everything about this moving service is unprofessional and shady. Just pay the money for the real and professional movers not this company.

"DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY—Unprofessional, Rude, and Completely Incompetent"

This is hands down the worst moving company I’ve ever dealt with. Their staff is unprofessional, dismissive, and completely incapable of handling even the most basic tasks. If you value your time, money, or sanity, stay far away.

First, Claudia was incredibly rude and dismissive over the phone, constantly talking over me and refusing to take responsibility for the company’s failures. Because of her incompetence, I received a destination text that was meant for my mother. When I pointed this out, she acted like it wasn’t her problem. At one point, I swear I heard her laugh, probably because she knew exactly how many times I had to call due to their mistakes.

Then there’s Sergey, the driver, who was as sorry as they come. He was rude, impatient, and had the audacity to cop an attitude over something he was responsible for—but never actually did! On top of that, his broken English made communication nearly impossible, which only added to the frustration.

But the real disaster here is Melissa Rosada, who has no business working in customer service. This woman disrespected my elderly mother in such a slick, nasty way that it set off 95% of the problems I had with this company. She outright LIED about the movers knocking on my mother’s door and getting no answer. I called my mom immediately, only to find out she had been sitting there waiting the entire time. When I called back to hold them accountable, Melissa dodged the issue by over-talking me, then had the nerve to play the victim, claiming, “This is too much, I’ll have a supervisor call you back.” Of course, that never happened. I had to call back three more times just to get someone to acknowledge the mess they created.

And the result of Melissa’s laziness? Two of our packages were delivered to the wrong address, putting them at risk of being stolen. We had to have them Ubered back to my mom’s house—all because she couldn’t be bothered to investigate why “no one answered the door.” This is beyond incompetence; it’s flat-out negligence.

Bottom line: Go with ANY other moving service (or even a crackhead)—you’ll have better luck. This company is a joke—unorganized, unprofessional, and a complete nightmare to deal with. They don’t deserve your business.
