After buying a new Transition MTB from MTB Monster last summer I've just been back for the bike to have a service and a few repairs. Fantastic service and very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I spotted a great deal on MTB Monster which also qualified under the Bike2Work scheme. The MTBM team took time to explain how this worked. I placed my order and had great, regular communication from them all the way through the process.
My company were very slow at processing the payment through the scheme but MTBM were always very patient and willing to help.
My new MTB was delivered all prepared with an inspection note, shock and tyre pressures highlighted.
I can't recommend them highly enough; thank you MTB Monster.
