"cabin was dirty"

cabin was dirty; carriage identification from the outside was handwritten on a piece of cardboard, making it difficult to see; carriage # 12 was the first one on the train, didn't have time to run on the platform to get near it so boarded the train from the back and had to go against the flux of other passengers to get to cabin - needless to say it create a major luggage jam; one particular employee was beyond RUDE, slamming a door on my face without saying a word besides a grunt, unacceptable!

"European Adventure.Even though my outward journey was…"

Even though my outward journey was delayed 3 hours, I would still rate this as an excellent service. For someone like me who doesn’t fly, the sleeper means I can get from London to Prague in under 24 hours on a journey that’s easy to negotiate and quite an adventure.
Best: you can book a women only compartment
Needs fixing: bunks are assigned by a ‘system’ and you can’t change it if you’ve been given a top bunk and that will be a struggle. But I would definitely recommend the European Sleeper.

"The train is quite noisy and the paste…"

The train is quite noisy and the paste is not consistent at all! Many times it stops completely on the tracks! Also the changing of drivers at the border takes a lot of time! The staff isn’t visible in the train and the staff is not helpfull and friendly! In the morning there were used blankets thrown in the washing cabinet. The toilet was out of service! No cleaners on board? I felt like cattle in a train. The staff take their job and their guests for granted and are not really going for the job!! Disappointing experience.

"A Great Experience"

The train was comfortable, and we left and arrived on time. The sleeping compartment was huge compared to the other sleepers I've taken. The dining car wasn't online for my trip, but that will be a great addition. Would definitely ride European Sleeper again.

"The experience was interesting and fun"

The experience was great, though the door has been vibrating all night on the way to Prague (and we have been waken up, at 7 AM on our way back - since we did not reduce the volume of the "speaker"

"Trains are too old and noisy"

Trains are too old and noisy. It was the first time in about a decade that I saw incandescent lights. The toilet smelled of urine the sits were stained, the whole thing was not properly taken care of. I expected something a bit better. It is a convenient service but that is about it.

"Pretty good"

Train was on time, generally it was a good experience, the only thing was that the train was a bit outdated.

"Goede service, oud materiaal."

Goede service op de trein. Er zijn nog vele werkpunten om de reis vijf sterren te laten verdienen.
Zoals samenstelling van trein zodat men op het juiste deel van perron kan wachten. Wagons zijn niet op nummerieke volgorde. Materiaal is oud maar proper. Investeringen in nieuw materiaal moet een prio punt zijn.
