I was hurt in an accident today, and while I knew that my trip to WV was nonrefundable, I took a chance and called to see if I could get my stay refunded. Nikko was wonderful and took my information. He then called me about a half hour later to tell me that my stay was canceled and refunded. What great service. I will definitely use you again.

I swear to God avoid this website at all cost. Its cheaper but It will give you so much pain. I read the reviews and still booked through them and I can't tell you enough not to get anything from them. I regret.
I booked a room for 4 nights on March 30 2024. To this day (May 15th 2024) I am calling and emailing them every 2 days but they are not able to confirm my reservation. The hotel I booked from say my booking is not showing on their system and many other reviews will tell you this. I will travel more than 5000km to reach my destination in a few days and this website is not able to inform me if my booking is confirmed or not. I have been waiting for the past two weeks its a sham

This company is a advertises and says that the price you see on Google is the price you pay. We'll all seemed well until I went to pay having been a time limit in which the offer expires. I decided to call the hotel in question directly to see if they could give a better deal rather than go through a third party and they themselves with all the discounts they could add wasn't able to do this amd advised me to be careful before departing with my money. Nonetheless I was paying on the company credit card and thought if something goes wrong we can always get refunded. I wentnin to pay only for the it saying that the offer is now not available and to try again. So we tried again but suddenly the price had gone up significantly.
I thought I would query this by calling them, only to see that this third party company uses another third party company to take its call. This all of this in mind and I decided to not carry on wasting my time. If you value your time I wouldn't waste it with this company and of you do i would also make sure that your payment method protects you.
