This is my 6th booking with Traveluro. My favorite is the personal text message I receive on the day of travel with a phone number to a friendly Customer service specialist in case there are any issues, which there never are. But as a customer who is weary of online transactions or online companies with only automated services, Traveluro puts my mind at ease. This company is trustworthy and make me feel valued as a customer. 5stars

I would do zero stars if I could. They did not pay the hotel I stayed at and the hotel then charged me. If you google traveluro it states that they are not affiliated with any of the airlines, hotels, or car rental companies that it advertises. It’s so hard to get a hold of someone there.

Best price by far from any other site. The booking was very simple and the option to either buy now or pay a bit more and have a cancellation grace period, was offered for my room.
I had never heard of this site but I'll be sure to check them out for my next hotel stay.

"I needed to add a day to my upcoming…"

I needed to add a day to my upcoming trip. I did not expect to get the same rate and that i would have to pay more for the additional day (a Thursday). That's fine, but to get a response that you didn't have inventory to add the day is a lie. I was able to go online and add the day with a whole new order. How was that possible? I thought the clause for no cancelation or date changes was for moving reservation, not giving you more money to add days to the reservation.
If anyone has insight i would appreciate it.
