After comparing the usual sites: Travelocity, Priceline, Booking.com, Expedia, etc.,I was delighted to find a quality 4star hotel that included breakfast for a better rate😊 Though I'd never heard of Traveluro I was pleasantly surprised with how favorable their rates were. 👍

After reading some reviews I was worried about my last minute booking that was substantially cheaper than anything else I could find. And I thought my concerns were validated after I called the hotel and they couldn‘t find my booking. I raised via email this with customer service and they went above and beyond. Within ten minutes they called me back to let me know that there was a misunderstanding regarding my name and that everything was on track. Checked in successfully and had a very affordable and seamless stay. Highly recommended, especially the customer service.

"Terrible VIP Service"

Although I paid $83 in taxes and fees the hotel still charged me additional fees. I paid extra for Traveleuro VIP service, but after calling three times, being placed on hold for 30+ minutes only to be disconnected, I gave up on their VIP Customer Support. I would never use them again nor recommend this company.
