Terrible Experience — No Follow-Up or Support

I tried to change the check-in date of my hotel reservation, and it was a nightmare. I called three times, and every time they told me someone would call me back with the new hotel arrangement. No one ever called me back or left any message. I was left waiting with no help at all.

The customer service is completely unreliable, and they made zero effort to resolve my issue. I felt ignored and frustrated.

I do NOT recommend using this company.

Contratamos y pagamos por un hotel en Madrid y cuando llegamos no existía la reserva.

Buchungsseitig habe ich keine Beschwerden. das Zimmer war hier viel günstiger und es hat alles geklappt. Was nicht geklappt hat ist eine ordentliche Rechnung zu bekommen. Man erhält nur ein Receipt, aber eine ordentliche Rechnung ist nicht möglich

Es kann sein, dass es bei jemandem funktioniert hat.
Warum ich für "Finger weg" bin:
1. keine deutsche Adresse (USA oder Israel)
2. US Telefonnummer / Support anscheinend nur in Englisch
3. Support E-Mail Adresse falsch geschrieben / Ob es überhaupt Support gibt?
4. Die Kartenbuchung wurde trotz falschem Namen auf Kreditkarte durchgeführt / keine Bestätigung im Security App.

A fuir !!! Pauvres fous

Voyage , très mauvais arrivé à l’hôtel, la réservation n’était pas faite de la part de traveluro, j’ai dû attendre de 15 heures Devant l’hôtel à 19 heures avant de pouvoir recevoir un retour par email et par téléphone aucun interlocuteur français.

Je tiens à préciser que j’ai fait
Un signalement auprès de la DGCCRF

En ayant marre d’attendre, j’ai pris moi-même une chambre et j’ai demandé vu que je n’ai pas reçu ma réservation quand il le fallait d’annuler ma réservation par mail, ce qui m’a été refusé de la part de traveluro et ils souhaitent toutefois récupérer les 128 euros de réservation tout en ayant pas été servi ce qui me fait donc un total de 250 euros pour une nuit supplémentaire d’une chambre que je n’utiliserais pas.

Je vous le dit je fais opposition sur ma carte bleue vous n’aurez ni argent ni bon retour de ma part et je ferais en sorte de laisser un mauvais avis partout où il y en aura moyen.

Ich habe heute ein Hotelzimmer über Traveluro gebucht. Bestätigung kam auch sofort.

Nach dem Ausdrucken war ich geplättet: Die Buchungstage waren verändert!
Einfach mal so!!!!!

Bis zur Kartenzahlung stimmte alles....bei der Buchungsbestätigung lediglich die Anzahl der Reisenden und das Hotel.

Anfrage beim Support gestellt....aber ob da was geklärt wird weiß ich nicht. Soll wohl in Arbeit sein....na mal sehen!

Update (14.04.2025): Nein-wie befürchtet: "..... es tut uns leid, aber Ihre Buchung ist nicht stornierbar! ....".
Mit keinem Deut wurde auch nur ansatzweise auf die datumsmäßige Fehlbuchung bei Traveluro eingegangen.
Na wenigstens hat sich jemand vom Support gemeldet....man muss sich ja auch über Kleinigkeiten freuen!!!

Es gibt also keinen Cent zurück!

"Once you pay, they don't care what happens at the hotel"

Third time using them - will never recommend this company. The first time I used this company, we booked one night in Cancun before our flight home. I booked two rooms, but the hotel only had record of one. Thankfully the hotel was excellent and was able to put us in a room and resolve it directly.

Second stay, we had no issues - we received a slightly lower price and the room was as expected in Bellevue.

Last stay, I booked a 3 night booking in Vancouver, WA for my son's football tournament. We booked a room with two queens. Arrived to find one king. I asked the front desk and they said, you booked with a third party, so it is their fault and we can't help you. Fine. I woke up the next morning to ants everywhere. I spoke to front desk, they miraculously were able to find us a room with 2 queen sized beds. Woke up the second night to ants again - this time, we decided to check out and head home one night early.

I reached out to Traveluro for assistance and a refund. They basically said, you're not entitled to anything because your booking was non-refundable. Really, they could have offered something - even a voucher off a future booking but they simply did not care whatsoever about the experience or the mixups. Just book with the hotel directly - at least they'll try to help you in these cases.

Sobald man am Hotel ankommt liegt keine Reservierung vor. Auf keinen Fall verwenden. Hoffentlich funktioniert der VISA-chargeback.

"This is a horrible company"

This is a horrible company. Even when you call their customer service all they do is forward the information to an email. Then they email you back and tell you that you can’t do whatever you asked. I had a nonrefundable reservation, which was fine. But I wanted to amend the date. It did not say it was non-amendable/non-changeable. It only states that it is NONREFUDABLE. I even emailed a screenshot of my confirmation stating this. There is no manager to speak to. After speaking to three different Representatives, they ended up hanging up on me!!! I will never use this company again and I hope no one else does as well!!!
