Made a reservation for an all-inclusive resort through Traveluro. Within 30 minutes, the reservation was visible on the resort’s website. Traveluro sent me useful notifications and support throughout the entire arrival and check-in process in a foreign country. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Completely satisfied.

Never heard of Gosplitty before and I’m not quite sure how I came across the site, but I booked a reservation and I never received the reservation email…so I thought maybe I didn’t book it. However, Gosplitty texted me to remind me that my reservation was coming up, so I was able to contact them to get my reservation info. When I got to the hotel, they did not have my reservation, or at least that’s what the front desk said. I called customer service. Initially, I felt like I was being scammed because when I called the first time, they told me they would email me the reservation, which I never received, nor did it show up on the dashboard for my online account with Gosplitty.com, then they started asking me for personal information to confirm my reservation, which made me nervous because, well, scammers are real…and real good at scamming.
Turns out my name had been filled in wrong, but my reservation was active. Customer service was great and immediately able to help me when I called them back from the hotel and everything worked out fine. The hotel I booked was fantastic, and much cheaper than any other site. I’ll definitely use their service again.

"Dont use Traveluro/Gosplitty"
When I booked a Junior Suite with Traveluro, it was only based on the photos. Because there is no information for each room. After I ordered, I contacted the hotel directly to confirm my request regarding balconies.
The hotel replied junior suite room did not have a terrace/balcony.
And I have contacted Traveluro three times via contact us on their website but there has been no response.
My request is to cancel the booking so that I can rebook the room that has a terrace/balcony.
But until today they have not been able to solve this issue.

"This company is a complete Scam"
This company is a complete Scam. They made the booking using Expedia, not their own algorithm. The room received was uninhabitable, the hotel agreed a full refund which Traveluro made me acquire written proof of myself despite me showing all the pictures. They tried to make claim the booking was non refundable, but that can only count if I received the room which I did not due to the filth.
I did not receive what was paid for, I should have received a full £95 refund. I was only given £22.82 which is totally unacceptable for something that simply was not provided. I have been in constant communication with this company that are very allusive about their premises and to which company they are actually related to indicating they are from HOLISTO LIMITED as per their website although Consumer Advice, advised they are from Israel, " Traveluro., Nim 2 Rishon LeZion". they also provide a contact number "+1 (646)-844-8798 this area code is actually for Manhattan in New York City"

"Traveluro is complete fraud"
Traveluro is complete fraud. I had a hotel booking with Traveluro. For some unfortunate event, we had to cancel the trip and requested for refund. Traveluro kept delaying the request mentioning that its Hotel’s decision if they want to refund the money. When i called the hotel room, i have been told that they never charged for the reservation and nothing to refund. Traveluro just holding the money within themselve. What a fraud
