"Traveluro is untrustworthy."

My single experience with Traveluro was akin to being mislead and ripped-off. I booked a one night stay at the Hilton Garden Inn in Kalamazoo, MI for 10/27/24. I received an email confirmation with a receipt for the reservation at the Hilton Garden Inn. Upon arrival at 3pm on the day of the reservation I was told that I didn't have a reservation and showing the desk agent my copy of the receipt on my phone accomplished nothing. Almost 2 hours later I was told my reservation was for the adjacent Home2Suites also a Hilton property managed by the same company. Hilton's position is that the problem of their guest (me)is because they used a 3rd party booking company. Traveluro claims that Hilton is responsible. They both are party to fraud and misrepresentation in this matter.

"LADRONES"

LADRONES! RESERVE dos habitaciones de hotel en Chicago y cuando llegue al hotel solo habia una reserva, hacen todo el show contestando llamadas y hablando con el manager del hotel , pero son autentitcos LADRONES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! no han hecho ninguna devolucion de MI dinero.

"Habe nichts gebucht, Unternehmen buchte Geld von meiner Kreditkarte ab"

Habe nichts gebucht, dieses Unternehmen buchte einfach bei mir ab. Nach Rückbuchung, wurde erneut abgebucht. Einen Kundenservice, oder gar eine E-Mailadresse die man anschreiben könnte, existiert so gut wie nicht, nur eine US-Hotlinerufnummer, die ich bestimmt nicht anrufen werde. Keine Infos über dieses Unternehmen zu bekommen, ausser, das es wohl was Israelisches ist. Ich werde jetzt wohl nochmal alles mit meiner Bank abklären müssen, da dieses Unternehmen für mich nicht erreichbar ist.

"Please avoid at all costs!!"

Please avoid booking any trip with them, they are a scam and their customer service is terrible.
I booked an hotel through the Traveluro website, but when I arrived at the hotel the owner told me that there was no reservation under my name. I called Traveluro contact center multiple times during that day, but no one was helping me, so I just booked another hotel.
The worst thing is that I then requested a refund to Traveluro, which they are not willing to give it to me, because they claim that the room was available for me (even despite I have an email from the owner stating that I didn't have any reservation!!).
I have been trying to receive the refund for 2 months, but I haven't made any progress, so I'll probably need to start a legal action.
PLEASE PLEASE stay away!!

"40% off London Hotel and great customer service"

I booked a London hotel through this site. 40% off the list price. I thought it was too good to be true. But everything worked brilliantly! Then for work purposes, I needed an invoice for expenses and within 5 minutes, I got an email from one of their reps (Regine) with the invoice attached. Super fast service!

"A eviter ils sont nuls"

J'ai reservé et payé une nuit dans un hotel à amsterdam. Lors de mon arrivée l'hôtel m'informe que le paiement n'a pas etait effectué par traveluro... suite à quoi on me demande de les appeler directement. Après 1 heure de tentatives j'arrive enfin à les joindre. Il faut tout faire en anglais, la discussion est longue. Suite à cela j'ai 45 euros de hors forfait pour un problème venant de leur part. Aujourd'hui ils me refusent le remboursement.

"Great response to fix my mistake"

I booked a hotel for the wrong month! It was a silly mistake and I realised within 5 minutes. The booking was clearly stated as non-refundable. I contacted the customer services team and asked for their help. They took some trouble to negotiate a change to the booking, despite the terms being non-refundable. Great customer service: I’m grateful for the help to correct my error.
