Terrible communication. Too high price. Not booked correctly. No reservation at Hotel. Could never get a hold of anyone to change. No reachable phone number. Will never use third party through them again. Worst experience ever. I want a refund for paying g $1500 for 3 nights!

I highly do not recommend ever using this site again. Multiple calls and issues. Called the hotel juuuust in case and surprise, they never had our reservation through Traveluro. Finally got the confirmation from the hotel, just to find out traveluro charged me more for 2 beds then only gave us 1. Hotel can't do anything to fix it since it wasn't booked through them, traveluro denying any accountability. Never again.

"Scam Website "

I booked two rooms for 3 nights through the Traveluro website with the Fairmont Dallas for $1164 total. When I arrived they could not find the booking. The guy at the front desk said he would match the rate or contact me if there was a problem. He didn’t contact me and the hotel charged me $1018.30 per room, or $2036.60 total. The hotel said they contacted Traveluro and Traveluro said my booking never existed, despite the receipt they issued me. Traveluro and the Fairmont have been less than helpful in resolving the situation. Use the site at your own peril.

Worst experience with Traveluro.. These people are really fake and block customer calls. I made a booking and asked cancellation before time but they did not respond on time . They contacted me after the cancellation period and saying we cannot refund the amount. DONT EVER TRY TO BOOK FROM “TRAVELURO” … SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM..

Terrible company. Very unreliable to book hotel. They will confirm the booking, charge you, and then cancel the day before. They failed to rebook the hotel as well, in timely manner. They are a fraudulent company. You may get lucky but I do not recommend trusting them. None of their staff cared whatsoever about the inconvenience for cancelling a hotel the day before - not helpful

We booked out hotel 7am and fully paid them and when we reach hotel they said we have fake reservation since star to call them from 3pm to 8 pm and they said we are doing and after no call then 9pm we call them and they said sorry we can’t do on this and they said they will refund the amount this is totally unprofessional and they said in email they will they will will give us 5% discount on next booking

Its request everyone to not a book anything otherwise your money will be in theft hand
