DON’T! SERIOUSLY, JUST DON’T!
I had booked for a hotel room through traveluro, when I got to the hotel (around 6pm++, which is already few hours after the 2pm check in time) , the receptionist told me that they do not have my reservation in the system and to contact traveluro customer service to have them send a confirmation letter so that the hotel could check me in.
(Funny thing is that I’ve already received an email saying that my booking with the hotel has been confirmed before my trip even started).

I called traveluro to get them to send the confirmation letter and got told that they’ll contact the reservation team and will call me back in a few minutes. My husband then told me that he searched traveluro on Google, having quite a lot of bad reviews saying that they’re scammers, etc.

I called the customer service again after not getting any call back, had to repeat everything and got told the same thing (they’ll contact someone and give me a call back). I said that I wanted to stay on line so that I don’t have to call AGAIN to repeat every single thing if I don’t get any response but the the person said that he won’t be able to proceed to the next step as he will need to end my call to call someone to get things sorted out… first time ever being given such reason when contacting customer service, ridiculous!

After a long day out, all I wanna do is get a shower, dinner and rest, but thanks to traveluro, you guys just ruined it.
*god knows how long* The receptionist finally got the booking confirmation, had to change my dinner plan as most of the restaurants closes early in Australia.

"Please don't use this site"

They do not care about you! Our flight was cancelled due to the hurricanes in the south and Traveluro refused to give a refund or credit. Save yourself the headache and the money and just book from a company that has empathy and treats you like a human being.

when l arrived to the Hotel, the booking didn’t exist but they finally refund me the money but l had to book another hotel and spend more money because it was for the same night

I read the other reviews and I feel very sorry that others had a negative experience :( My experience however was completely different. They were super fast in answering the phone when I wanted to confirm my reservation before my Toronto trip and kept updating me with confirmation numbers and further info I needed. I haven’t had my trip yet so I hope my reservation isn’t canceled by the time I get to the hotel haha but so far so good

"Really bad experience with Traveluro"

Really bad experience with Traveluro. Even after the hotel was willing to refund me the money in a place where I wasn't willing to stay in a hotel that had blood and fluid stains in their room along with nasty smells, Traveluro still wasn't willing to refund me the money based on the fact that that their policy indicates non refundable booking.

Unfortunately not only the hotel will be complaint against the board of health but also Traveluro may have to face a strict consequence to jeopardize human lives

"Hotel in Poland"

We booked hotel in Poland 2 weeks before arrival.Then went to check reviews and started be concerned. However all went great.We were getting updates by email,got our invoice,got exact room we booked. It was easy ,user friendly Web. We definitely would book again with Traveluro.
