Will never consider traveluro again. Bad customer service just Philippinos answer a call but never actually resolve anything just tell you they will get back to you in 24-48 hours and never do. Whole things seems like a scam

Horrible, scam company. I booked a 2 bed room with insurance, and traveluro made it a single bed room. Then they told me i cant cancel the booking even though i paid for insurance. Absolute abysmal joke of a scam company. Google them, reddit them, scam and trash reviews all over.

I booked one night for my son and the whole experience was amazing. Aaron was so helpful making sure that my trip information was sent to the hotel and made sure that I was satisfied. I have no issues and I will be booking with them again.

If you want a significantly cheaper hotel, and have a backup plan, you can trust Traveluro. Its not a scam, just different.
I stayed in The Standard, London for an unbelievable price. Booked on the day. Called customer services to check and the booking was received by the hotel shortly afterwards.

A reserva não constava no hotel.
GOLPE ! Não caiam! Realizamos uma reserva de última hora dia 19/09. Pagamos, e ao chegar lá além de não ter alguém pra receber, ou dar alguma orientação, mesmo estando no horário comercial as 14:30 como foi informado o horário do checkin. Ligamos no número que havia na porta e nos informaram que não havia nenhuma reserva com meu nome e que infelizmente havíamos caído em um golpe e eles não podiam fazer nada ! Fechei pela traveluro, agora estou tentando meu reembolso pq fiquei sem o dinheiro e tendo que dormir no aeroporto. Isso é um absurdo !

"Traveluro/ Hyatt Regency Seattle …"
Booked a room at the Hyatt Regency Seattle for a concert on August 31st 2024. When I arrived at the hotel after driving 3 hours and presented them with my printed email confirmation they advised that I did NOT have a reservation at their hotel. Traveluro had overbooked 20 rooms. Customer Service at Traveluro was less than helpful and I ended up with no room or compensation. This third party site is a SCAM!!
DO NOT USE THIS SITE unless you want to be disappointed ☹️

Terrible company and they are crooks. Do not book anything with them. Impossible to get a refund and they cancel bookings then keep your money.

"Over charging and Wrong booking Timmings"
They just showed me 82 £ Per night and when I booked the hotel they deducted 157 £ from my debit card. And there is no OTP option even. They also issued wrong booking time from 22:30 till 7:30 which gave me goose bumps. They overcharged me as well because On official website of Hotel room with breakfast was in 120 £ while they gave me in 157 £ which is ridiculous. I will never use this website again or recommend it to anyone.

"No help from Traveluro👎"
On August 16th I had a reservation booked at Nice hotel in Brisbane City for a fitness race. About a week out I realised I needed to have booked it for the 17th instead. So I reached out to the Traveluro Customer service team to have it changed and they pointed out to me that this type of booking was not amendable. I contacted the Hotel in the interim and they said they had plenty of rooms for the next night to stay and that Traveluro needs to change it from their end. But unfortunately they wouldn't help me out. I was emailing back and forth with a Jomari Logo from the customer service team and requested that I get a name change on the booking so at least a friend could stay and the booking wouldn't go to waste. He said he could do that, but when I was emailing back to confirm he had changed the name all I got was radio silence. I called the hotel and they said they too had not been contacted about a name change. This was a huge disappointment and I feel the 'non-amendable' policy is there so that Traveluro don't have to do as much work. An easy fix situation resulted in me never using Traveluro again.
