"This company was in the 1 and 2 star…"

This company was in the 1 and 2 star ratings. All of a sudden in September people started giving 5 stars after there REAL ratings tanked . I'm started to think most of the 5 star ratings are fake . Wouldn't surprise me from a scam company. Most rating are based on this company changing dates of bookings and ,leaving you out of a room . This is a SCAM

Please don't use them. Scam !!! Took my payment sent my confirmation for a hotel. When I arrived at the hotel no payment had been made to the hotel .

Habe zwei Mal geschäftlich in München übernachtet, die Buchung hatte ich über traveluro vorgenommen. Im Hotel habe ich keine Rechnung erhalten, dort den Hinweis erhalten, dass ich mich an traveluro wenden müsse. Daraufhin stellte ich mehrfach Anfragen an traveuro, mit der Bitte mir Rechnung für meinen Arbeitgeber auszustellen, damit ich abrechnen kann.
Alle meine Anfragen blieben unbeantwortet!
Ich vermute, dass traveluro auf Service komplett verzichtet, um diese Billigpreise anbieten zu können.
Für mich völlig inakzeptabel!
Schade traveluro, schon wieder einen Kunden verloren und zwar für immer!

I booked a hotel in Baltimore through them on the night of an event which obviously cost me a lot more money but when I got to the room at midnight, the toilet didn’t work the coffee maker didn’t work or or did the TV work? I called the front desk there was no one to help us out, we slept in the bed got up in the morning checked out, asked for a refund or a partial refund and was told that we Had to go through traveluro
I called them three times Got three different people were told that they would call me back within an hour. No one has called me back
They are nothing But a joke

Traveluro found us an amazing room at The Beekman in NYC at a good discounted price. Enroute to the hotel I was notified by the hotel that my reservation had been cancelled by our third-party booking; I was very anxious and uncertain when I reached out Traveluro. The first two representatives did not seem to be helpful on the phone, so I emailed. Although we did not get a verification about payment that day, we were able to check-in smoothly. Aaron Gan kindly followed up the next day via email confirming our room was paid for at the agreed discounted rate; what a relief! We were able to stay in 5 star luxary for a reasonable price; Thank you Aaron!

Contrary to some negative reports, I found this third-party hotel service accomodating. I did have to cancel a reservation, and I had made it with a deadline that I did meet. So I did my part; they did theirs. Other than having a bit of a time finding their phone number, all went smoothly.

Utter scam merchants.
Avoid at all cost, I booked a room at a nice hotel in Liverpool yesterday with Traveluro, after a long, & tiring journey, with various delays I was glad to reach my destination, only to be told after approximately 15 minuits, they could not locate my booking, I provided them with the confirmation email, which had the order number, ect:, and even showed them my bank statement to prove the money had come out of my account, but the hotel receptionist could only apologise, and say I'm afraid it's a fraudulent site,.
She pointed out that the address on my confirmation email for the hotel, was totally wrong from the real address, but as I have never been there before, I was oblvious to this.
I was absolutely devastated, I then had to spend time ringing my bank, had to cancel my card, and then find another hotel,. Which has left me short of cash.
This was meant to be a short overnight stay away, after being quite poorly, but it backfired on me immensely., and moreso as I had to pay more money for taxi's to and fro from each hotel.
I will definitely pursue this with them, and Google,for advertising this.
