"Pretty awful"

Pretty awful. Don’t book with TRAVELURO just based on price alone! They booked us a twin room for my 25th wedding anniversary when the booking stated a “double” room for two. Too late to do anything by the time we arrived and the hotel (Tower Hotel - London) refused to do anything as we had booked via this third party site. Poor experience- would not use again

I'm currently having trouble with Traveluro and I don't know what to do get it sorted. Something happened when I did my booking and there was a mistake in my name. When I received my hotel booking confirmation I noticed the mistake and I immediately called them to ask them to correct my name. My name had registered as Greta Greta as opposed to Greta and then my surname. The guy on the call said he would fix it. He never did. Weeks passed by and I e-mailed them. They said they don't do cancelations anymore therefore they couldn't help. I explained that I was not looking for a cancelation and that I just needed them to correct my name. That I was worried the hotel staff wouldn't allow me in if my name was incorrect. Bare in mind I paid for the whole trip and there is a record of my correct name with my payment. Traveluro said they'd try yo speak to the hotel, but that they can't guarantee a solution. I haven't heard back since. What do I do? I can't fly all the way to Thailand and be turned away at the hotel. After I paid for it!

DONT DO IT! Prices may be slightly less than others but that's only because if there are any problems they keep your money. If they forget to book the hotel for you, you can they keep your money. They if the hotel is TRASH with drugs and noise, they are they keep your money. PLEASE MAKE SURE you will never need to call customers service because like me you may wait a week for an emailed response. Try to I talk to a manager... They get angry and annoyed and hang up on you. JUST DONT DO IT!

Would give ZERO if I could. God forbid you need any assistance with your reservation or any other assistance. It took a week for them to respond to my concern. A WEEK!
I called them 5 times. They only have an out of county call center with agents who take your info and concern. They only respond through email. I was hung up on once because I asked to wait on hold for a supervisor. After all of this they kept my money and only responded with an email that we cannot help you.

Booked/paid for a hotel back on Sep 9th for Sep 18 - 21and when I arrived there was no reservation. Called their number and they stated that would call me back in an hour. Never called back. I had to book another room for twice as much because of fashion week in NYC. I called/emailed several times to request a refund and was told they would do some research and get back to me. Over a week later, I get an email stating I will get my refund......DO NOT USE THEM.

We booked a room and they cancelled the day we booked. The cancelation email was sent to junk. If we hadn’t double checked, we would have been stranded. Extremely disappointed. Avoid.

表示されている宿泊料は合計額ではありません。現地に着くと強制でホテルから別料金が請求されます。キャンセル不可予約の場合、この追加料金は拒否出来ません。
この点について「記載されていない料金を請求された」と補償返金を問い合わせても、「ホテルに問い合わせて下さい」と言われます。
一方ホテル側も「予約サイトの記載漏れだからTraveluroに問い合わせて下さい」と返金を拒否します。
その後、Traveluroに複数回問い合わせましたが、回答は一切無く「無視」されている状態です。
このサイトだけ他のサイトより安いケースがありますが、これがその背景です。見かけ上のホテル代を安くする為にホテルと結託しているわけです。
Traveluroは詐欺サイトです。このサイトから絶対に予約しないで下さい。大事な旅行の時間を、回答も得られない不毛なクレームに浪費する事になります。

Traveluro as per the name suggests lures you into cheaper travel accommodation, then tells you due a technical error the booking is not confirmed and they will refund you. They don’t refund you, nor do they respond to your communication regarding when to expect the refund. THEY ARE SCAMMERS. BEWARE!!!!

Booked with Holisto. Had no issues. Dont get many emails from them in the build up to the stay but evereything was very smooth.
