Ich habe gebucht, bei anderen Anbieter bekam ich Sekunden danach Hotelbestätigung=Comfirmationsnummer; es ist jetzt 8 Std her und keine Antwort. 5 Email geschrieben, bis jetzt keine Antwort. BETRUG?????🥲

tl;dr; worked fine for me, felt risky.

Here was my experience:
Booked one night at £150, when the same hotel anywhere else was £220. After I booked, it seemed too good to be true, I read the reviews and panicked. I tried to cancel based on cooling off period, got no response to email. Six months later, called the hotel in the morning, and they confirmed the reservation. Turned up expecting an argument about payment... but everything was fine, we got a great deal. I'm delighted, but honestly, it wasn't worth the six months of wondering if we had a room!

Where I was at was not a lot of iptions for hotel while I was attending mom's funeral. Motel 6 was not representated in pictures accurately. It was unsafe for 2 females to stay at and while checking in two cops showed up looking for an employee. I immediately left and tried to call for a refund. I took the steps they told me to take only to get an email later saying the Motel 6 declined refunding me after traveluro "pleaded" with them. Completely unacceptable. Why even bother using sites like this. No support or protection for consumers. I am out $300 because neither business valued my safety. Don't use this website or stay at Motel 6 in St George Utah

"Unreliable SCAM"

Booked through the website. Received a booking number and confirmation email - but when we arrived at the hotel, they had no record of our booking. When we called Traveluro, we were placed on hold for the longest time. Finally, an agent told us they would send a new email and contact the hotel to confirm our booking. We waited 30 minutes and none of this happened. We repeated this process two more times… still nothing. This website is definitely a SCAM. Do NOT use.

"Worse Customer support ever - multiple times and still pending resolution "

This company’s lack of customer service is I the worst I have ever experienced!!!! I just need an itemized bill. The hotel said they can’t provide it because it was booked through you.

I have called customer support twice. Each time I’m told someone will help in 24-48 hrs. Both times, I asked to remain on the line for immediate support and both times I was hung up on! I was emailed a response 2 days later but still no mention of the receipt or attachment!!!!!

Your company is putting me in a very difficult position with my company (US Air Force) when trying to process my travel voucher.

I need immediate assistance!

À éviter si vous ne voulez pas avoir des galères une fois arrivée à l’hôtel... on a cru pendant un moment s’être fait arnaquer en regardant les avis sur ce site… car arrivé là-bas ils n’ont pas trouvé notre NOM… enfaite on n’était pas sur leurs fichiers... donc ça veut dire qu’on aurait payé sur « Traveluro » une nuit d’hôtel mais finalement pas d’hôtel… SUPER, et puis par miracle après de longues heures à stresser, on a enfinnn reçu la confirmation par mail de Traveluro, donc finalement tard dans journée on a pu s’y rendre…
