"Booked a 4* hotel for 1 night in…"

Booked a 4* hotel for 1 night in Manchester for a filming day- it was the cheapest provider on googles hotel search and I saw the reviews was hit and miss so I was skeptical but decided to bite the bullet and pay with it on credit card for extra precaution.

Other providers with a similar pricing structure was glitching out when trying to confirm, saying the room was no longer available so I booked via Traveluro and it worked first time. I got a confirmation email pretty much instantly, didn't pay for any add-ons just standard no frills cheapest rate going.

Turned up to the hotel few days later, kind of dreading the embarrasment of being told there was no reservation but checked in effortlessly. It gave me the cheapest option room with no window (Not sure if it specified type of room I was booking before paying but looked on the original website and assumed it would be the cheapest one) but I wasn't bothered - it had a double bed and was clean so I was happy.

Will most likely book with again! :)

"Made and paid reservation for hotel in…"

Made and paid reservation for hotel in Brussel, hotel knows nothing about it. Money gone. Looks like total scam. After contacting Traveluro they credited the amount paid. For me this first impression is enough, will not use their service again, perhaps better priced, but I want a reliable service such as other bigger companies have proven to do.

"Booked 2 hotel stays with them on the…"

Booked 2 hotel stays with them on the same trip. One went smoothly but the other, the hotel said they did not get the money from Traveluro. I ended up paying for that night. I tried getting a refund from Traveluro and they kept dragging it out and finally I had to put a dispute in with the credit card company. I would stay away from them.

"Excellent customer service! "

I am so blown away by the customer service! My hotel had to be canceled due to a hurricane, and it was past the cancellation date but they refunded me and made sure it all was fixed! Thank you!!

"Booked a hotel but it had zero record "

Booked a hotel for the same day + bought their customer service. Got to the hotel a few hours later after receiving the notice of it being confirmed but the hotel had zero record of it. Tried to get customer service for 2 hours before just booking separately through a different service. Only reason not giving a 1 star is because they gave me a full refund.

"They won't give your money back."

If I could, I wouldn't even give 1 star.
On 01/09/2024, my partner and I booked Hilton Garden Inn, Old Trafford, Manchester through Traveluro for our honeymoon. I sustained an injury whilst staying at the hotel and the hotel kindly offered a full refund for the stay. They rightfully stated they cannot refund us directly as we booked the hotel through a 3rd party company (Traveluro) so they have refunded the money to Traveluro who will issue the refund back to us.
Needless to say, we went back and forth with this 3rd party company to release the refund to us. They were asking for evidence of the injury as well as written confirmation from the hotel about the refund despite the hotel already sending the refund back to Traveluro. Hilton staff were very co operative in the matter but I would never in my life book through traveluro again. The stress is not worth it.
