First time ever using this website to book a hotel and I had an excellent experience. I boked 4 days stay in Dubai Queen Elizabeth hotel from 8 to 12 December. I email customer service got a response back in 24 hours had no issues. when you visit Dubai you have to pay a extra tax on top of the booking. It's not much it is only 12 pounds more. That is not included in your booking. First time using this websites so I will give you 5 order 5

Encontré la oferta más barata para el hotel que quería en Lanzarote de 1 habitación. Tenía dudas tras algunas opiniones que había leído de esta web. Sin embargo, reservé y no tuve ningún problema. Me enviaron un correo con la compra, al minuto siguiente otro correo con el recibo de pago y 5 minutos más tarde un correo con la confirmación de la reserva. Cuando llegué al hotel estaba todo correcto.

Awful travel company that ignores all contact and does not follow up with hotel. Incorrectly labeled hotel room type and did not assist in rectifying.
Stay away and please book with a reputable company.

There was an issue with the booking and Regine from Gosplitty worked with the hotel to resolve the problem. I am very appreciative of the assistance I received and the positive outcome.

"Fine until I realized they shorted the hotel $$$. "
I paid traveluro a certain amount. The hotel received 15% less than I paid to traveluro. Traveluro can't explain to me where the difference of went, nor are they willing to provide a refund. I even asked if there's fees fine, I just want to know where the difference went. This has been ongoing now for 3 months...
It seems they don't understand my question, they keep telling me the following, which is irrelevant to my question of why did the hotel receive less than I paid?
Please note that the invoice received from the hotel is the wholesaler invoice which is intended for an internal use. The price shown on the invoice is the wholesaler pricing of your hotel reservation, and is not any retail / published price which was available online to book.
Update: they have stopped responding to my emails altogether. I have been following up once a week via phone and email and am told they'll get back to me no response. The phone agents refuse to discuss it.

"Booked a room at the Hilton Niagara…"
Booked a room at the Hilton Niagara Falls. Called ahead to the hotel prior to arrival to ensure everything updated in their system. The hotel front desk could not locate my reservation or confirm it. This worried us as we had already been charged for the room. I couldn't gamble with the uncertainty. I called Traveluro Customer Service and said the res # isn't locatable in their system. Go ahead and cancel this we are just going to book direct with another hotel. Sometime later my reservation appeared in the Hilton's computer. The booking company may or may not handle your request properly. Once you enter you card details and hit submit that money is gone. If there are issues it's on you. Off shore call center with agents who are just trained to deflect your concerns or protect their company.

J'ai commandé un GPS Garmin sur le site traveloor.com.
Tout s'est déroulé comme sur un vrai site.
Au bout de 15 jours ne voyant pas mon colis arriver, j'ai essayé de téléphoner à cette boîte.
Impossible de les joindre.
J'ai envoyé un mail à leur adresse ..site inexistant
J'ai téléphoné et envoyé un mail à leur transporteur qui donne tout les trois jours des infos sur l'avancement de la livraison..inconnu au bataillon.
Seul un robot vous répond sur le tchat..réponse passe partout sans aucune infos précises...ça fait maintenant 22jours.
Bref c'est une grosse arnaque super bien faite.
Je vais porter plainte à la gendarmerie pour escroquerie et espère ainsi éviter à d'autres acheteurs de se faire avoir.
Seul espoir de récupérer mon argent 217€ ,un robot m'a répondu que suite à ma demande je serai remboursé dans 10 jours.
Vrai ou faux pour encore gagner du temps......

I accidentally booked two hotel reservations and needed to cancel one, even though it was not refundable. I reached out to their customer support and fortunately they were able to cancel one of the reservations and refund my money. I recommend using them due to their customer service!
