I made a material mistake duplicating a non-refundable reservation. They were extremely supportive and helped me to obtain a full refund in a matter of few days.

I selected dates for tomorrow but their website refreshed and after payment it booked for today. I called to get it corrected. They were very rude and said pay again for tomorrow.
Thankfully the hotel helped when I called direct.

I will never book through Traveluro again. Booked and paid for 1 night stay in small hotel in Wales, was a bit pricey but went ahead with it, turned up on the night to find there was no room for us despite receiving confirmation and to be told that the hotel only takes reservations through one booking agents and not Traveluro. Absolute waste of time ringing the company, no likely sign of a refund and had to find an alternative as they couldn’t (wouldn’t) help!
