"Traveluro is a complete joke"

Traveluro is a complete joke. Never sent my reservation to my hotel,... nothing but problems. I paid for a King bed and patio and received a double bed overlooking a trashy, dirty and disgusting roof. I counted on this company to take care of my reservation, AS PAID FOR !!! Will never repeat business with them. A total disaster

No les recomiendo este sitio son unos ladrones, un error de ellos y tuve que volver a pagar otra reserva, me robaron 1700 pesos y después de mil correos y una llamada a Nueva York porque no hay atención a clientes en México pues me dijeron que no podían ayudarme cuando el error fue de ellos en mi intinerario.

COMPLETE SCAM! Absolute criminals. Atrocious… I booked a 3 day stay for me and my family through them. When I went to check in to the hotel, the hotel said they contacted this bullshit company 4 days prior via email and phone call to let them know they did not have any rooms available. This company gave me the run around on the phone for over an hour. Ultimately leaving me and my family on the streets. They claimed no supervisor was available to provide any solutions to THEIR mistake. Horrible customer service and an absolute disgrace to the hospitality industry. DO NOT book through this company. It’s boarder line criminal the way they treated my family.

"Kosten beim Hotel falsch ausgewiesen."

Beim Hotel waren höhere Gebühren zu zahlen als beim Buchungsprozess ausgewiesen. Beim Buchungsprozess hieß es:
"Excluded Taxes & Fees - to be paid at the hotel - $ 28.33"

Beim Hotel waren dann aber $ 43,07 zu zahlen.

Traveluro erstattet die Differenz nicht.

Ich kann von einer Buchung über Traveluro nur abraten.

100usd menos que en booking. Nada más que decir. Salió todo ok. Para estar seguro si el precio les parece bueno, se puede mandar mail al alojamiento para confirmar si TRAVELURO funciona correctamente.

"This company Traveleuro is a total rip-off"

This company is a total rip-off. They advertise great hotel rates and I booked a 3-night hotel stay in Redondo Beach CA. it was a good price. I needed to change my stay over a week before only 2 nights and contacted them well within the period required to make this change. They initially said great and told me they would credit my credit card a specific sum. Then every day I received a notice that the price of the stay had increased and I'd only get a portion back. I thought OK it was a good price so I didn't complain. Now a week before the stay they came back and said zero refund for the cancelled night. I'd stay away from them period. I'm going to contact my credit card company and have them remove part of the charge. I hate getting ripped off.

Mi opinión es totalmente satisfactoria. El proceso que he tenido con Traveluro en todo momento ha sido transparente. No obstante, no puedo determinar el proceso final de la reserva, dado que cancele la reserva del hotel con antelación por cambios... personales. Pero, he sido informada desde el inicio de la pre reserva, como en la instantánea desbloqueo del cobro. Para mí, la valoración de en todo lo tramitado ha sido de 10.

Booked a hotel in December and paid in full, go to said hotel and am told we don't have a room, or we can give you 2king rooms but on different floors, i was not about to leave my child alone in a room on a different floor, call the help number 6x, no one answer, when someone finally did, he legit says i cant help you, someone will call you later, dont book with them
