Came here to write, because I read the bad reviews and then booked using Traveluro anyway. I recall l reading something like “as close to a scam as possible” and it’s just not true…
1) Found a good rate on Google
2) Allowed me to book with Traveluro when I couldn’t book direct on the hotels website
3) Turned up for the reservation at 1AM and they had my booking & checked me in immediately

Ariessia Ann Candaza as the customer support for my booking really helped me a lot to amend my booking date even though the booking was not refundable. She saved my trip! Very professional, responsive and friendly. A great experience overall.

Do Not Use This Site!
I used it to make a booking for a hotel. I was at the hotel already and in my room. I extended my stay. I made sure I had the dates right. When I got my confirmation email I got 2. One for a date later this month and 1 for later in the year? I called to ask to get this changed and it took over 5 hours on the phone with random people and having random people emailing me. Thank god this hotel knows me and my partner. I showed them the email and they told me to never ever use this site again. It’s just some random people in their basement making these bookings. They take your money and don’t want to talk to you anymore or give your money back.

This company is a SCAM. I broke my leg and they still wouldnt refund or reschedule my booking. I waited a week for conclusion. Numerous emails sent to the contact centre with generic replies saying they will look into this. When you call their contact centre (+12038646300) you get a person who says they are not able to do anything themselves other than manually take down all the details (this takes 20mins) of the booking and names etc and then they would pass on the details to the relvant team. They are inept and show now empathy or understanding. Despite being asked for numerous bits of evidence from the hospital about my unfortunate fracture they send a standard and impersonal reply to say that they are unable to cancel or refund the booking. The company has no decency or regard for the customer. Awful company! Do not ever use Traveluro!
Nb please note we also booked twin rooms but the hotel had not reserved a twin and had instead booked a double!

Diese Seite verkauft Zimmer in Hotels die nie bestätigt werden durch das Hotel. Es heißt bei Nachfragen immer : wir werden Ihnen Neuigkeiten in den nächsten 24 bis 48 Stunden mitteilen. Sie schreiben auch, dass eine Bestätigung so ca. 1 Tag vor der Reise stattfindet. Was für ein Quatsch. Bucht hier nicht, das sind Diebe.

Showed me a picture of a room with a pullout couch when we arrived there was one king bed for me and my adult son to sleep in they told me too bad that room accommodates two people.

Reviews were up and down so we didn’t know what to expect, but the rate was $200 cheaper than anywhere else, including booking directly with the hotel so we took a chance. We called the hotel after booking to ensure they received our reservation: they did. In the time between booking and travelling the hotel changed hands so we called again the day before just to re-confirm. We were transferred to an offsite reservations call centre who could find no record of our booking. We were unable to reach the hotel directly as it was late evening. We panicked!! We contacted Algotels, half expecting we’d been scammed and not expecting to hear back. We went to the hotel super early expecting bad news but instead were greeted with warmth. They found our reservation instantly and even allowed us to check in early. They apologised for the anxiety their call centre had caused and couldn’t understand why they had the problem. In the meantime, Algotels was very responsive and helpful. We’re still not sure whether they fixed it before we got to the hotel, or it was a problem with the hotel call centre the whole time. Either way our check in was seamless and we have a lovely room overlooking Pitt St for the weekend. Thanks Algotels and Rydges Australia Square

No lo usen si quieren una factura. Ponen muy fácil reservar pero en NINGÚN MOMENTO mencionan que NO te van a dar una factura y al contactar con atención al cliente NO te ayudan.
