Truffa con Hotel a Napoli
Ho prenotato un hotel a Napoli tramite questo portale. In fase di prenotazione nessun avviso di maggiorazione per check in tardivo (dopo le 21) e nessuna info per il deposito di 200€ che chiedono e (forse!) restituiscono dopo 30 giorni lavorativi. Queste informazioni mi sono arrivate solo dopo la prenotazione NON CANCELLABILE.
Ho contattato l’assistenza e non hanno dato Nessuna disponibilità, nemmeno a farmi un voucher.
Sicuramente la collaborazione fra questi portarli e questa catena di hotel è un modo di truffare “semi legalizzato.
State alla larga!

Horrible customer service, basically a scam. Huge pain to deal with anyone from this company. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM, you are not saving any money.

"Traveluro's payment to hotel was declined"
I booked through traveluro and its been a disaster. On the day of my check in, I received a call from the hotel saying they didn't receive payment from the third party that I booked through. They said the card traveluro used was declined. Its been over a month and I have yet to be reimbursed. Every time I call (4 times) no one can help me and they tell me they are sending the issue to the back team. Dont book through them!!

I hit the wrong button during the reservation process.
Once I received the booking receipt minutes after, I then called the costomer service number to notify of this issue. (Like 2 minutes after)
Received email of the conversation explaining a 24 hr response time for them to contact would occur.
Once it did occur during the conversation the person mentioned that it was a few days ago and I explained why,I was waiting on them.
I have reached out twice now with default type negative response.On the hook,these are crooks..

bahh thanks traveluro, what is supposed to be a fun exciting trip away has turned in to a worrying stressful experience of not knowing if payment has gone through, then trying a second time and now, because (i assume) you are an American company operating online but in the uk, no one is available for help, NOT that i can get help as without a “trip number” contact is not possible.. to readers of this review: i can only assume any problems when you are stood in a hotel lobby with no booking you'll not be able to get in touch with traveluro when its most important. as a result i cant recommend this company.

"Avoid Traveluro at all costs!"
My friends and I booked rooms at a Marriott in Ft. Lauderdale before and after a cruise. We paid for the rooms prior to our vacation through Traveluro. When we arrived, two rooms weren't available. The hotel didn't even have the reservations. Luckily the hotel was able to accommodate us and we were able to book directly through the hotel for a higher rate. When I asked about my room reservation for after the cruise, they said it had been cancelled, but again Marriott was able to rebook the room. When I was checking in after the cruise, Marriott said they received a note from Traveluro that I would need to pay for the room at check-in. I had to contact Traveluro and go back and forth with them and Marriott about who was going to pay me back, because I paid for the room twice. I would avoid this company at all costs. I feel like they do this on purpose to scam people.

Do not use this company/website it is a scam. They charge you and then do not pay the hotel, so when you arrive you have to pay directly and then you cannot get hold of the company and they do not get back to you. So we ended up paying twice for the same reservation.

Reservé 2 noches de hotel en Holbox, México, a través de la web traveluro.com . Al llegar al hotel, mi reserva no existía y el hotel no tenía constancia de pago o reserva. Intenté llamar al teléfono de contacto de la agencia Traveluro, pero no funcionaba. Escribí un mensaje de reclamo y no obtuve respuesta. He sido estafado.
