They would not honor my refund despite say that I was able to get a refund after a certain day. I had Covid and their response was too bad. Their website says they will work with someone with Covid. I will never use them again. Awful company. I don’t know how they exist.

We did a two night booking and was only able to stay one night due to weather just sent a quick email explaining what had happened. With out any grief they refunded me one night back after we had already pretty much called it a loss.

this is a fraudulent service. do not use. I made a same day reservation, the reservation was never made available to me until 9:30pm on the same day. I called multiple times. I ended up having to book a separate reservation to enter the hotel. They then charged me for the reservation I never received. Run far far away.

I trough traveluro booked one night in banff. I try to cancel my reserve when I booked after 2 days, but they didn't cancel it, even have 2 months time left. April 2 reserve, April 6 canceled it, June 13 will check in. But they didn't agree refund my money.

Absolutely terrible. Unprofessional and very hard to discuss any issues. Do not use! Have contacted them 10 times as there system changed the dates I had for a completely different date. Been a huge hassle to deal with. They also lied and said the hotel company won't change the booking it was not true. Bad service. Do not use huge waste of time.
