I had an issue with the hotel and Traveluro did an amazing job contacting the hotel and handling my issue for me. Will definitely use again!

"Horrible customer service - DO NOT USE"

Two months prior, we secured a reservation for two rooms at a Fort Lauderdale hotel. Arriving after a grueling red-eye from California, we hoped for an early check-in or at least to leave our luggage. Instead, we were met with a shocking discovery: the hotel had no record of our reservation. They informed us that the rooms were booked under a different name.

Frustration mounting, we contacted Traveluro. After an exasperating hour-long wait, we finally reached customer support. Their response was utterly inadequate. They offered a full refund – a bare minimum given their error – and a paltry 10% discount on a future booking, which I vehemently rejected. I emphasized that a refund was not a courtesy, but an obligation. Furthermore, their failure to assist in finding comparable alternative accommodations was unacceptable. They simply washed their hands of the situation, leaving us stranded.

Fortunately, the hotel staff, unlike Traveluro, demonstrated exceptional service. Despite the inconvenience and increased cost, they managed to accommodate us with an available room. However, this positive outcome did not mitigate the severe incompetence and lack of support displayed by Traveluro.

I used them to travel to see my uncle for one night. They changed my date and refused to change it when I got to the hotel. They lied said the hotel refused to change it but that was not true I was standing right there with them. I have called over and over sent emails they revise to refund or make anything right. DO NOT USE THEM YOU WILL REGRET IT.

Scam, booked a hotel and wanted to move the date up a day. Dragged me along for 3 weeks acting like they'd change it and then didn't. Trash site.

Stay away from this company! After booking with them I arrived at the hotel to be told no payment had been sent to the hotel and I’d need to pay directly, after Traveluro had already taken my money. Now being told the same nonsense by customer support saying it will be replied to “within 48 hours” which has already passed, and rang again to be told the same things. Joke of a company, absolute fraudsters.
