"This company is a scam"

This company is a scam. Empty promises and did not get my refund of £500 which the hotel had reimburawd back to them. I have all on email from hotel and also parent conpany of traveluro in israel. Traveluro said they would get bak to me regarding rhe refund and have stopped returning my calls which ended up costing another £200 as they leave you hanging on the phone with the same stupid questions over and over again. Seems like they wasting your time and keep you on phone as long as possible to make money from the half an hour international call. Absolute farce of a company. Wohld not recommend to anyone

Moins d'une minute après avoir réservé avec eux, j'ai réalisé que le mois n'était pas le bon (15 déc. au lieu de 15 oct.). Je leur ai écrit et je les ai appelés pour corriger la date. Ils nous répondent qu'une réponse nous sera rendue d'ici 48 heures.
Comme j'avais besoin de cette réservation le soir même, j'ai dû repayer pour la nuitée.
Malgré les nombreuses demandes de remboursement (97,01$), rien n'a été fait de leur côté. J'ai moi-même appelé l'hôtel pour qu'ils annulent la réservation du 15 décembre.
Cette entreprise n'a AUCUN souci du client. Ce sont des ARNAQUEURS. Ne faites pas affaire avec eux.

We had issues with checking in at the Shangri La when the hotel indicated that there was no room under our name because Algotels did not transfer payment on time for our room. I called Customer Services and Grace was our contact who listened, took all necessary details and got the issues resolved for us. Although it took 24hrs and we had to use our credit card to check in until the matter between Algotels and Shangri La was resolved Grace was keeping us updated promptly each time and her effort, thoroughness, and professionalism are greatly appreciated.

We are listed on their search engine against our will or knowledge. They have misrepresented our amenities, linked Trip advisor reviews of a Burger King in Las Vegas to our profile, the info listed is wrong and damaging our business, should people use them and believe what they see and read there.
Their Contact us Page is disabled...SCAM i sadly believe.

"Awful dodgy company"

Awful dodgy company. Tried to book a hotel stay through them - they charged me then cancelled the stay citing 'technical issues' whilst I was standing at the hotel desk waiting for ages. Usually company and extremely dodgy. I got an email from them saying the hold on my card has been released so I won't be charged - they've already charged me. DONT USE!!!!!
