I made a reservation two months ago and tried repeatedly to modify it. I never was able to resolve it and discovered that no reservation was ever made. I will take the dispute back to my credit card company to resolve.

I was very pleased with the help I received from Jona. She was professional and polite, and resolved my issue quickly. My only complaint is that it’s not easy to find the phone number for customer service.

I booked one night at a motel, and things were fine. I decided very late in the evening to book again for the next night. I completed my request and paid. The next morning I was informed that the request was for the night two weeks away. I called and of course got the run around and then was sent to "the important" department with the suggestion that they would modify the dates. I was happy because I didn't want a refund just the nights changed. I waited all day to finally be told that it couldn't be accomplished. So I basically paid $79 dollars to a crap company to just take my money and tell me sorry! Will never use the company again.

"SCAM WEBSITE"

Took payment, sent a blank confirmation email, called the hotel - they didn't have a clue who TravelUro were (i.e they were not a recognised third party booking agent they work with).
Called, complained, asked for refund. Confirmation of refund email send - never issued refund. Chasing 1 month later - still no refund. SCAM.

This is a really horrible scam company. I don't even want to give it one star.
I booked a hotel in Paris for 2 nights through Traveluro and paid with my card. When I arrived at the hotel and tried to check in, I was told that Traveluro had called to cancel the reservation, so I couldn't stay at the hotel. I had no choice but to stay at another expensive hotel.
Since that night, I have contacted Traveluro many times to ask for a refund of the hotel reservation fee, but the reservation fee has not been refunded yet. This happened in May, and half a year has passed and I still haven't received a refund. Traveluro booking number:7659066. The reservation fee is 391 euros.
By the way, the reservation was a rebooking plan. Of course, I never canceled it.
This company is just a bunch of scammers. I really want a refund soon.

"Poor communication "

Due to COVID , I was unable to visit the hotel booked through this site, paid in full at time booking. To be courteous I contacted the hotel to inform non attendance. They cancelled the booking free of charge as they had not charged Traveluro for the booking. They told me to contact Traveluro for a refund.
Contacted Traveluro to request a refund on 3 occasions but have had no reply, not even to acknowledge or refuse my request.
After raising this concern Traveluro immediately contacted me concerning this issue, I have since received a full refund.
